At Imeca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchases. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Imeca account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned hardware or supplies, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
